A: Secure Song enables artists to sell digital downloads of their music from their website and other
web pages. SecureSongs can be played 3 times for free and purchased anonymously. Whether you buy a SecureSong
or not, you are encouraged to share them with friends because they will get 3 free plays also. Artists keep a
high percentage of the sales price no matter how the files are shared. Once the files are purchased they can
be burned to CD 5 times, transferred to most MP3 players and played an unlimited number of times.

Q: How do I sample a SecureSong and then buy it?
A: You can play a SecureSong online or you can download it to your computer. Playing the file online actually
downloads the file to a temporary folder on your computer. When you open a SecureSong it will look
for a license to play the song. When it doesn't find one a window will pop up with instructions for playing the
song 3 times for free and purchasing it. To play a SecureSong for free or to purchase one requires that you have a
SecureCastle.com account - our payment processing arm. If you have an account just login to your account and retrieve
a temporary license called an Electrum ID. Copy the Electrum ID by clicking the coin and then paste it by
clicking the corresponding coin in the window (you can also use ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste) and then
click the "Free Play" button. If you don't have a SecureCaslte.com account then open a free account first. The only personal information required is an email address which is used to uniquely
identify your account and NOT used for marketing purposes.
To purchase the song you need to enter an Electrum ID and your PIN. Unlike

Q: Who is SecureCastle.com?
A: SecureCastle.com is SecureSong's micro payment processing partner. SecureCastle.com is a 3rd party vendor
with one of the most secure online payment systems ever developed. It's free to open an account and all you need is a valid
email address. You can fund your account with a money order, cash, check, bill pay and, of course, credit card. By funding
your account you can limit the risk of online purchases. To further reduce those risks, you need two codes to make purchases.
One is a PIN which is only revealed through email. The other code is called an Electrum ID which changes every time you log
